I was shopping around town for a Baker that can do a cake just like the one you will see on Aces of Cakes and that taste great. For an Arabian Knight’s Baby Shower theme. During my search there weren’t many to choose from. Then my party planner found Maylene, who delivered a world-class service she was very professional and talented. My cake was exactly what I was looking for and DELICIOUS….Everyone at the shower enjoyed the cake and some couldn’t believe it was a cake. Maylene is now my baker (no more Publix)….I will recommend Maylene to anyone that needs a cake for any occasion.

"Absolute perfection!" We ordered a cake from Cakes by Maylene for our sons baptism. Not only was it a picture of perfection, it was absolutely delicious. Maylene provided excellent customer service and a fabulous end result at a very competitive price. She was able to customize our cake with the exact colors and details that we wanted and have it delivered right to our home for our special occasion. "Beautiful and Delicious" My daughter's wedding was held in Palm Beach Florida, at the Four Season's Resort. Being from Chicago, we had no idea who's service to use when it came down to purchasing the wedding cake. We went on line and googled bakeries that were located in the Palm Beach area. After reviewing the different ads, we were immediately impressed with "Cakes by Maylene". We flew in from Chicago and met with Maylene, who offered us a picture portfolio of the cakes she has created. Maylene also brought along mini cake samples for my daughter and I to taste, so that we could get an idea of the different cake flavors and fillings she had to offer. After sampling the different cakes, it was truly difficult to decide on which cake and filling to go with, because each cake, left you wanting more! Once we decided on the perfect wedding cake, it was out of our hands and all up to Maylene. On the day of the wedding, Maylene met with our florist and matched the flowers on the cake, to the flowers in the bridal bouquet. We arrived at the reception, and were amazed at the final product. The cake was more than we ever expected. It was absolutely beautiful. Once served, our guests couldn't get enough. It was just as delicious, as it was beautiful. I would highly recommend "Cakes by Maylene", to any one looking for that "special" cake. Maylene's service was exceptional from start, to finish. A true professional.
